Axioma — Creative Agency Website Template
Editorial five-page agency template with monochrome palette and electric-lime accent
Description
Axioma is a free creative agency website template built for independent studios, design firms, and small agencies who want a site that feels intentional rather than generic. Five hand-built pages, monochrome paper-and-ink palette with a single electric-lime accent, an editorial Swiss-agency aesthetic, and Bricolage Grotesque paired with Geist for a typography pairing you won't see on every other agency site.
The home page uses a left-pinned navigation rail with the right side scrolling through editorial content panels — a composition you'll find on the better independent agencies and almost never on a stock template. The hero is big, opinionated typography (no centered subhead with a gradient blob), followed by a featured-work strip with an asymmetric three-up grid, a numbered services list (deliberately not a card grid because every other template ships one), a client logo marquee, a dark manifesto block with a founders' note, and a closing call-to-action band in electric lime.
What's included
- Index — hero with marquee, featured-work strip (three asymmetric cards), six-item numbered services list, client marquee, dark manifesto with founder signature, lime-on-black CTA band, and a four-column dark footer.
- Work — filterable case-study grid with ten plausible projects across brand, web, motion, editorial, and campaign categories. Real-feeling client names, dates, and short case-study summaries.
- Services — six full service blocks (Brand Identity, Web Design & Development, Art Direction, Digital Strategy, Motion & Film, Editorial Design) each with description, tag chips, deliverables, and process bullets.
- Studio — story (four paragraphs), four-person team grid with role labels and one-line bios, six core values, an awards table with eight entries, and a careers block.
- Contact — two studio addresses (New York & Mexico City), four channel links (new work, press, careers, phone), and a complete enquiry form (name, email, company, role, project type, budget, ideal start, referral, message).
Design details
Palette: off-white #F5F4F0 paper, off-black #0E0E0E ink, electric lime #C8FF3D accent. Typography pairs Bricolage Grotesque (display, with optical sizing and italic) with Geist (body) and Geist Mono (labels) — all served via Google Fonts with a single preconnect. Buttons use uppercase mono labels in pill shapes for that deliberate, agency-portfolio feel.
Every component has intentional hover, focus, and active states. Reveal-on-scroll uses only opacity and transform (compositor-friendly). The full system respects prefers-reduced-motion. Keyboard navigation works across the whole site.
Use cases
Independent creative agencies, design studios, brand consultancies, web design firms, art-direction shops, motion and film companies, editorial design studios, freelance creative directors building a studio brand, or any small agency that wants an opinionated agency portfolio website template rather than another generic dark-mode SaaS landing page.
Tech
Vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No build step, no framework, no JS library. Google Fonts via preconnect. All images are labeled SVG placeholders under assets/img/ with HTML comments showing exact recommended dimensions for swap-in. Single ~2KB main.js handles reveal-on-scroll, mobile navigation, and the work-page filter. Tested across 320, 768, 1024, and 1440 breakpoints.
