Cratewell — Moving Company HTML Template

Cratewell is a free, production-ready HTML template for full-service moving companies, relocation specialists, packing-and-storage firms, and commercial logistics crews — the kind of local business whose website has to earn trust in the first three seconds and turn a nervous mover into a booked quote. The visual direction is deliberately bold and industrial rather than the soft, generic look most moving-company sites settle for: a confident signal-orange accent at #ff4a1c on a neutral ink ground, motion-driven touches like an auto-scrolling trust marquee and a numbered "route" process spine, and a service bento that reads as organized and capable. Bricolage Grotesque leads the display, Figtree holds the body copy, and Space Mono carries the labels, stats, and technical detail.

The home page opens with a balanced split hero — "Moving day, finally the easy part." — a real photograph, live trust stats, and a flat-rate quote card, positioning the company as the careful, honest option. Below it runs a trust marquee, a six-service bento (local, long-distance, packing, storage, commercial, specialty), a four-stop numbered process spine from quote to keys, a dark stats band, a why-choose split with a checklist, testimonials, and a closing quote CTA. The layout scales cleanly from a single column on mobile to a balanced multi-column grid on desktop.

Design system

Cratewell runs entirely on CSS custom properties — palette, fluid type scale, spacing rhythm, motion easing, radii, and container width all live in a single :root block at the top of assets/css/styles.css. Change --accent to recolor every orange surface across the whole site, or swap the three font tokens to change the typographic voice. Scroll-reveal is gated behind a .js class so every section renders fully even with JavaScript disabled, motion honors prefers-reduced-motion, and all animation stays on compositor-friendly transform and opacity. Imagery is real photography (documented in CREDITS.md) and swaps for your own trucks, crew, and homes without touching the CSS.
