Are these Web Elements templates free for commercial use?
Yes. All 18 free Web Elements templates are released under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 licence, so you can use them for personal, client and commercial websites. Keep a small "Template by html.design" credit in the footer, or buy the one-time Pro licence ($5) to remove it on every template.
Do I need to register to download a Web Elements template?
No. Open a template, check the live demo and click Download to get a ZIP file with everything included.
What do I need to edit a Web Elements template?
A code editor such as VS Code. The templates are plain HTML and CSS, and most use Bootstrap, so you can change the layout with standard Bootstrap classes and upload the files to any web host.
